Ingredients:
- 250g chicken
- 2-3 table spoons curd
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 medium onion
Preparation method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Taste the marinade and add more salt and spice is needed.
- Marinade the chicken well and rub each piece for few seconds.
- Cover completely. Refrigerate for overnight or at least 4 hours.
Making the kebab:
- Preheat the oven to 240C for minimum 15-20 seconds.
- Place them in a tray and grill for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes flip them and grill for another 15 minutes.
- The last 5 minutes, Move the tray to the top rack or boil.
- Serve hot chicken kebab with mint chutney.
