Ingredients:
- Medium potatoes peeled 2
- Salt to taste
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method:
- Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, add salt. Cut potatoes into cubes, add and cook till potatoes become soft.
- Mash and strain into another non-stick pan.
- Place this pan on heat, add milk and mix well till smooth. Add butter, nutmeg powder and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with parsley sprig and serve hot.
