Ingredients:
- Chicken mince (keema) 200 grams
- Oil 1.5 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Large onion chopped 1
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Medium tomato chopped 1
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and saute till their colour changes. Add onion, mix well and sauté till onion turns golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 1 minute or till the raw smells disappear. Add tomato and salt, mix well, cover and cook till the mixture is pulpy.
- Add chicken mince, mix well and sauté on high heat for 4-5 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl.
