Whole egg and egg white omelette

Ingredients:

1. One whole egg
2. Two egg whites
3. ½ onion
4. 3-4 cherry tomatoes
5. Salt to taste
6. Pepper
7. 1 teaspoon oil 

Preparation Method:

• Pour one whole egg and two egg whites into a bowl.
• Add green onions and onions to the bowl, then sliced cherry tomatoes.
• Season with salt and pepper and whisk the ingredients together.
• Heat a pan on medium heat and add 1 teaspoon oil to the pan, spread the oil around the pan.
• Add the whisked one whole egg and two egg whites to the pan once it the butter is hot.
• Cover the pan with a lid and cook.
• After 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, the egg whites should have completely cooked.
• Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and transfer onto a plate. Serve hot.
