Ingredients:
- One whole egg
- Two egg whites
- ½ onion
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon oil
Preparation Method:
- Pour one whole egg and two egg whites into a bowl.
- Add green onions and onions to the bowl, then sliced cherry tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper and whisk the ingredients together.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add 1 teaspoon oil to the pan, spread the oil around the pan.
- Add the whisked one whole egg and two egg whites to the pan once it the butter is hot.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook.
- After 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, the egg whites should have completely cooked.
- Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and transfer onto a plate. Serve hot.
